The service

Hunk is an AI phone assistant that answers calls for home-service businesses. It tells every caller that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. An appointment is confirmed only when the customer replies YES to our text message, or when the business confirms it directly.

SMS program

• Program: Hunk appointment confirmations.
• You receive texts only after you agree on the phone to get a confirmation text.
• Message frequency varies, usually 1–3 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Prices and work

Prices and the work itself are set and performed by the business you called, not by Hunk. Hunk does not negotiate prices or guarantee arrival times.

Emergencies

Hunk is not an emergency service. If you smell gas or see fire or smoke, leave and call 911.
