What Hunk does

Hunk answers phone calls for home-service businesses (for example HVAC and plumbing companies), takes appointment requests, and sends the customer one text message to confirm the appointment.

Information we collect

• Call recordings and transcripts (callers are told at the start of each call that it is recorded).
• Name, mobile number, service address and the details of the requested job.
• Text messages you send to us, such as YES, C or STOP.

How we use it

Only to schedule and confirm the service you asked for, to pass your request to the business you called, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

We text you only about the appointment you requested by phone. Message frequency varies (usually 1–3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share your request with the business you called, and with service providers that run the service for us (telephony, text messaging, hosting, calendar). They may use it only to provide that service.

Retention and your choices

Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 90 days; other records after 12 months. To ask for access or deletion, email sarfaroz9955@gmail.com.
